Nikki is Home Safe and Sound.

Nikki is found!!!!!!!!!!!! A man called Sunday around 11am and said they found her in their back yard on Saturday. He said they walked up and down the street yesterday but saw no one looking for her. I was on that street looking but never saw them. His wife saw our poster this morning and that is how he knew to call. His mother that had came over took her home with her because the man on the phone said they didn't have a place to keep her. So he is going to get in contact with her so she can call to let me know where I can get her She was in a neighborhood that is backed up to ours. The neighbors behind me knew she was missing. Oh well Praise the LORD at lease I know she is safe and sound!!!!!!!!

I think that the women that had Nikki would have loved to keep her. You can tell she was in good hands. She even let her sleep with her on Saturday might. I as so thankful that she took good care of Nikki. God is Good.

Nikki is Missing

Christopher and Nikki at the farm.

I took the dogs (Rambo and Nikki) outside to do there business. I heard kids laughing and playing, well Nikki (Yorkie) must have heard it too because she took off to the back corner of the backyard fence where wild rabbits have made a hole under the fence. (found after the fact) When I realized she was not coming back to me after calling her name. I looked over the fence to see her walking across my neighbor's back yard. That was the last time I saw her. I ran back through the house ( the gates were block to keep Nikki in) to front yard and down to where I thought she was going but I didn't find her. I started searching by car and hanging up signs so if someone found her they would know how to call me because of all times for to take off she didn't have on her collar on because I took it off to give her a bath. This afternoon Chris and I went around hanging up more posters hoping that someone will see it and call. Tommorow I am dropping off lost dog picture/form at Petsmart and any other place I feel might help. It has been a hard day for me and the night isn't getting better. But God is Good, no matter what God is Good!

Summer: What Summer?

I cannot believe that summer break is almost over. Only 1 more week of summer break and it is back to school. Ken has taken next week off so He and Christopher can enjoy the last week of summer together. Christopher will have football practice the last half of the week but that will be in the evening so they should still be able to play golf in the mornings. I remember when I was little a thousand years ago how summer vacation seem to last a long time now it doesn't seem long enough. I had all these plans for this summer -----> maybe next year? This time three years from now I will be getting ready to take Christopher off to college. Now you know why summer break isn't long enough.
